First Time Buyers

Buying a property is the biggest single financial commitment you'll ever make
You may find buying your first home daunting. You will be faced with the challenge of finding your first property, choosing the right mortgage, selecting the best solicitor and making sure the whole process runs smoothly. The first step is to contact us and we will advise you on the mortgage options available to you.

You don't need to wait until you have found your property as we will discuss with you the costs of buying your first home and look at how much it will cost you per month and how much you can borrow from the wide range of options available.

We will discuss a budget with you and ensure that you are realistic when working out what you can afford to spend on your new home, taking into account council tax, utility bills, transport etc.

It is also wise to get an Agreement in Principle certificate so that you know you can make an offer once you have found a suitable property.

We will discuss all the associated costs involved such as Conveyancing, Surveys, Stamp Duty and Mortgage fees.

We will also show you illustrations of monthly cost and discuss all the different types of mortgages available to you.
